All orders will be made at one time and will be available for PICK UP AT THE REUNION if you select "in-store pick up." THESE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS SO THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNED ITEMS. VERIFY THAT YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE AND QUANTITY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
If you choose shipping, you will receive an email with shipping details once the package leaves our facility. (ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES MUST BE DEALT WITH DIRECTLY THROUGH UPS, USPS, OR FEDEX, AS WE NO LONGER HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR ITEMS.) We triple check all orders before sending them out the door. However, if there are any discrepancies in your order it MUST be communicated to SKETCHSHE BRANDING within 3 days of delivery. After that day, all sales are final.
