WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

YOUR MINIMUM ORDER FOR SCREENPRINTING STARTS AT 12 garments, with a max of 1 screen. Designs requiring additional screens will be quoted job for job as each logo and/or design is unique.   Our bulk pricing is discounted in multiples of 24 garments per design. Keep in mind that you can mix and match apparel styles and colors without incurring a surcharge, provided the design and ink colors remain consistent on all garments.  Contact us with the garment styles and colors you’re looking for and we’ll get you some options that fit your needs.

 
ARTWORK 

Designing requires much thought and creative articulation. Although our designers are amazing at what they do, they are not mind readers. It is very important to be very specific about your ideas. The most effective way to help illustrate what is in your head, is to come up with a visual design, or pieces of inspiration to reference. This will help steer us in the right direction and spark the creative process.

ART APPROVAL
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. If an error has been found after your order has been approved and printed, we will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by our customers. 

 

ORDER DEADLINE

We need to know if you are needing your printed garments by a specific date when you place your order.

Typically, we are able to complete your job within 7-10 business days after receiving your deposit and approved artwork. This is our average turnaround and is based on customer needs and current production schedule. If your desired deadline does not fall within our standard turnaround, then your order may require a rush fee.  

Rush Fees: Rush fee prices increase by the day depending on how soon you need your items. 
  • + 10% for 6-day turnaround
  • + 15% for 5-day turnaround
  • + 25% for 3-day turnaround
  • + 30% for 2-day turnaround
  • + 40% for 1-day turnaround
Please bear in mind that turnaround times may be affected by garment availability. 
DEPOSIT: We require a 50% down payment to begin printing
PICK UP

Final payment is required at time of pick up for the release of your order.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once we have your order details confirmed and you've approved your artwork, we can get your order invoiced. We accept cash, business checks, and credit cards.
