All orders will be printed at one time and will be shipped to the address designated on your order.  If you choose free in-store pick up  you can get with Nikki Schalla for pick up arrangements. 

THESE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, SO VERIFY YOUR SIZE AND QUANTITY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. 

Also, please note that the colors in the graphics may appear slightly different from computer/phone/tablet than on the finished product. 

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email. Please keep this as your receipt. We triple check all orders before sending them out the door. However, if there are any discrepancies in orders it MUST be communicated to SKETCHSHE BRANDING within 3 DAYS of delivery. After that day all sales are final.

 Lastly, if you choose to have your items shipped directly to you, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. ALL orders are shipped with tracking information. Once the package leaves our shop, we will provide you with tracking information for your package.  Any lost or stolen packages must be dealt with directly through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, as we no longer have control over your items.
